Texas Express Pipeline
593 mile, 20” Natural Gas Liquids Pipeline Project
Texas Express Pipeline (“TEP”) connects natural gas producers in West and Central Texas, the Rocky Mountains, Southern Oklahoma and the Mid-continent providing additional takeaway capacity and enhanced access to the Gulf Coast NGL market. TEP system utilizes assets between the Conway hub and Hobbs NGL fractionation facility in Gaines County. Texas Express natural gas liquids pipeline extends from Skellytown, TX, to the NGL fractionation and storage complex in Mont Belvieu.
PCS Scope of Work
On this project, PCS provided Traceability & Records Management and Compliance & Integrity services during the construction of the 593 mile pipeline.
